Job Title: Account Product Specialist/Event Coordinator Location: Markham, Ontario Terms: Permanent Level: Entry Account Product Specialist/Event Coordinator combines responsibilities related to product management, customer relationships, and event organization. This position typically involves working with the product team, managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and handling client communications. Simultaneously, the role requires coordinating events, which may include planning, logistics, staffing, and ensuring event execution Job Duties Account Product Specialist • Create and manage purchase orders for products. • Receive, process, record and track inventory. • Prepare orders for shipping and invoice accordingly. • Contact clients when consumables are expiring. • Provide quotes to clients and distributors. • Book AED inspections. • Processing product returns. • Participate in business planning and marketing strategy development. Event Coordinator • Update and keep current qualifications for First Responders along with contact information. • Book, schedule and track staffing requests. • Assign Responders to events. • Coordinate and maintain all medical equipment for Responders. • Oversee pick up and drop off of all equipment/tents. Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities • Advanced time management and organizational skills. • Working knowledge of MS 365 suite of products. • Superior relationship management skills. • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrates valuing diversity and inclusion.
