 Manage incoming phone calls (screen, organize, and facilitate, and direct each call)
as required;
 Greet all guests and staff upon entry to building;
 Responsible for all guests sign-in and COVID protocols;
 Assist with managing front office deliveries when needed;
 Assist in maintenance and appearance of the lobby;
 Assist marketing team with seasonal mail outs;
 Assist with front office administrative tasks; and,
 Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by management
Description: This role requires a top notch Receptionist who can delegate,
manage, and build relationships to facilitate the needs of this Receptionist. We are a
Vacation Destination Company within the Hospitality Resort Industry. A stellar

The Receptionist provides support to the Corporate Office, Markham, Ontario. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist will work
as a member of the Administration team and responsible for ensuring the accurate
processing and streamline of office procedures. Support activities includes, but not
limited to, the outlined description.
You’re a problem solver and easily connect with staff, trades, customers & guests. Duties
and responsibilities outlined, but not limited to. The individual is a pro-active performer
who demonstrates excellent initiative and judgment on a regular basis. The ability to deal
with ambiguity and handle changing and competing priorities is a must.
You’re skilled at developing a culture of exceeding expectations with guidance,
knowledge, and real passion for interacting with individuals personally or through
administration. You’re enamored by the way things operate.
Hours per week: 20-25
Rate of Pay: 17.20-20
