This role will play a key part in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling visuals, while working with our team to create impactful designs for both digital and physical display needs. ________________________________________ Position Overview: The Graphic/Industrial Designer will be responsible for producing engaging design content for a wide range of projects, including product displays, marketing materials, and digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both graphic design and industrial design, with proficiency in various design software and an understanding of the latest trends in digital content creation. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Graphic Design: Create stunning visual designs for both digital and print, including brochures, catalogs, product packaging, and promotional materials. • Content Creation: Design assets for social media platforms, including reels, TikToks, and short-form videos, utilizing Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools. • Branding & Typography: Maintain consistency across all design projects by applying a strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles. • Photography & Editing: Capture high-quality photos of products and edit images to create original content for use in various media. • Copywriting & Captioning: Write engaging captions, ad copy, and short-form content tailored for different platforms and audiences. • 3D Modeling: Create 3D models of acrylic displays and other assets for presentations, prototypes, or client proposals. • Social Media & Digital Trends: Stay up to date with social media best practices, emerging digital platforms, and design trends to ensure content is fresh, engaging, and effective. • AI-Assisted Content Creation: Leverage AI tools for generating design ideas, creating assets, and assisting with writing captions, ad copy, and campaign concepts. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure design concepts align with company goals and product offerings. • Analytics: Utilize basic analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of design content across platforms and adjust strategies accordingly. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for rapid content creation. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding consistency. • Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software for creating short-form content (Reels, TikToks). • Knowledge of current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital platforms. • Ability to design across multiple formats: web, print, email, and paid ads. • Photography and photo-editing skills for creating original visual content. • Strong copywriting or caption-writing skills tailored to various platforms. • Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics. • Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools, both for design and copywriting. • 3D modeling skills for creating product visualizations and prototypes (Experience with software such as Blender, SketchUp, or similar is a plus). ________________________________________ Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred but not required). • Minimum of 1 year of design experience in a graphic design or industrial design role, preferably within the manufacturing or product display industry. • Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and 3D modeling. ________________________________________ Why Join Us? • Competitive salary based on experience. • Opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment. • Be part of an innovative team that is transforming the acrylic display industry. • Room for growth and professional development. Description: Hours per week: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 35+ Rate of Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
