Physically fit; able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime if needed). Reliable transportation to and from work. Basic math and computer skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow safety procedures and operate equipment.
