Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary in business, retail management, or related field an asset).
2+ years of supervisory experience in retail, warehouse, or production environment.
Experience in donation-based or non-profit retail operations preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills (hiring, training, scheduling, motivating staff and volunteers).
Knowledge of production workflows (sorting, pricing, tagging, stocking).
Ability to set and meet production targets and sales goals.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff, volunteers, and donors.
Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory software, scheduling tools). Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, physical environment (standing, bending, sorting for long periods).
Knowledge of workplace safety and ability to enforce safety protocols.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
