Experience in donation-based or thrift retail environment considered an advantage. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to operate a cash register/POS system accurately. Basic math skills for handling cash, change, and simple reports. Organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance. Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail when sorting, pricing, and tagging donated goods. Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
