Requirements:
2+ years’ experience with large-format printers, cutters, or CNC machines required.
Working knowledge of nesting software and print workflows required.
Mechanical know-how and comfort with troubleshooting.
A sharp eye for detail and quality.
Familiarity with materials like styrene and vinyl.
Ability to lift materials (up to 50 lbs) and be on your feet most of the day.
Time management and organizational skills.
Experience with the Ronik RayX 4080 an asset.
Skills in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design software an asset.
Description:
Operate wide-format printers, vinyl cutters, and Ronik RayX 4080.
Run MultiCam CNC to cut vinyl, styrene, and more.
Perform test prints and adjust settings for top-quality output.
Use nesting software to reduce waste.
Prep files with designers for smooth print/cut flow.
Track material use and look for cost-saving opportunities.
Lamination & Finishing.
Inspect and fix any flaws before delivery.
Equipment Maintenance & Keep all machines running smoothly.
Troubleshoot issues and log maintenance.
Organize and monitor print materials.
