Number: 458 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Concord Requirements: BS or BA degree preferred. 3+ years of relevant QA technical experience. 3+ years large enterprise or e-business systems experience. Create clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases. Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases. To communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders. Creative solving of technical problems – to ensure the ability translate technical requirements test plans. Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ensures the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly. Ability to think abstract – to ensure ability to not conform to the norm. Norms do not find bugs quickly. Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes. Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution being tested. Business process understanding. Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications Excellent analytic, problem solving, business judgment and organization skills is required. Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and strong sense of ownership. Knowledge of project management concepts and overall methodology, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance techniques. Very strong customer service orientation. Show initiative and able to think ‘out of the box’. Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL), web applications, mobile applications and operating systems. Experience using JIRA. Description: Create and modify automated test scripts for execution against websites and mobile applications (20%). Execute manual and automated testing for websites and mobile applications (40%). Create testing plans for all e-commerce applications (15%). Create and modify manual test scripts for e-commerce and mobile applications (10%). Document and log all software deficiencies (10%). Regular reports created for the leadership team on issue counts, severity and impact (5%). Hours per week: Rate of Pay:
