Description: We are seeking dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds who have a passion for retail, food, and community service. You’ll thrive in this role if you have the following: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the grocery and/or retail sector. A strong understanding of store operations, merchandising, and financial performance (P&L, budgeting, shrink, labour management). Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in unionized or non-union environments. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive. Commitment to community engagement and values-driven leadership. Flexibility to travel across Canada during the program. Willingness to relocate (provincially or nationally) for franchise opportunities upon training completion. Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability 40+ Rate of Pay: TBD
