Job Title: Customer Service (Busser)   Date Posted: 09/22/25 Ref. Number: 650 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Markham Requirements: • English + Mandarin / Cantonese required • Serving plates, glasses and silverware, beverages and cleaning tables • Be practical and working in fast-paced in the front of the house • Rotational between Front of the House as a busser; server and/or Hostess • Provide special silverware sets to families with young children • Preparing dining areas before guests are seated and after guests leave • Bring food items out to tables; Maintain table cleanliness • Assist servers reset tables, remove tableware and transfer items to the kitchen • Assist in preparing fruits and condiments • Cross-train in other positions as necessary • Take accurate food and drinks order • Carry heavy trays; silverware and etc; stand or walk for long hours • Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment • Complete other tasks as assigned by the trainer and/or the restaurant manager • Follow Health & safety and sanitation/hygiene practices to Ontario regulations; at all kitchen and dining area; comply WSIB standards • Always assist co-workers actively and ensure customer satisfaction Description: We’re more than a restaurant — we’re a community.
