β Distribute name tags and manage access control
β Coordinate venue setup, signage, equipment transport, and teardown
β Greet and guide guests, ensuring a smooth experience
β Monitor safety and report incidents using established protocols
β Administer basic first aid if needed
β Support promotional activities and handle ad hoc tasks

β Communicate with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to confirm logistics
β Post event updates and promotions on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat)
Make phone calls to confirm attendance and follow up with leads
β Send reminders before events and thank-you messages after
β Engage with guests and prospects via CRM and messaging platforms
β Maintain and update CRM system with attendee data and interactions
β Assist in virtual event coordination and digital outreach campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile
β Background in corporate security or similar high-responsibility roles
β Valid First Aid Certification
β Familiarity with incident/accident reporting systems
β Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)

β Comfortable lifting and transporting event materials
β Proficient in social media, CRM tools, and messaging platforms (e.g., WeChat)
β Able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing needs
