Requirements: Key Responsibilities
AI & Algorithm Development
 Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms for guest behavior prediction,
upselling, cross-selling, and dynamic pricing.
 Implement machine learning tools to optimize revenue management and
occupancy forecasting.
 Automate personalized guest journey mapping (pre-arrival, on-site, and post-stay
communication).
 Integrate AI with CRM, PMS (Property Management System), and booking engines
for seamless personalization.
Marketing & Branding
 Create and execute AI-driven marketing campaigns that personalize offers across
digital platforms.
 Use predictive analytics to segment audiences and design targeted promotions.
 Oversee social media algorithms and maximize organic reach & engagement.
 Collaborate with creative teams to design data-backed brand storytelling
strategies.
Revenue & Business Intelligence
Partner with Revenue Management to enhance algorithmic pricing strategies and forecast demand.
 Analyze large datasets to identify market trends, guest preferences, and competitor activity.
 Optimize distribution channels (direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, etc.) through AIdriven insights.
 Generate ROI-focused reports on marketing and AI initiatives.
Guest Experience Optimization
 Enhance guest satisfaction by implementing chatbots, virtual concierges, and recommendation engines.


Qualifications
Education & Experience
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Hospitality
Management, AI/Computer Science, or related field.
 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality analytics, or AI
applications.
 Proven record in hotel/resort marketing, revenue management, or guest
experience innovation.
Technical Skills
 Proficiency in AI/ML tools (Python, R, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Power BI, Tableau).
 Strong knowledge of CRM & PMS systems (Opera, Amadeus, Salesforce, HubSpot).
 Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, programmatic advertising.
 Experience in predictive modeling, sentiment analysis, and algorithmic
personalization.
Core Competencies
