Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will manage our CRM system, maintain and expand our customer database, reconnect with previous clients to reignite sales interest, and conduct research to identify new opportunities. This role requires exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong organizational abilities.

This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute across a variety of marketing and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Client Engagement

Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and organization of client records

Reconnect with former clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate new business opportunities

Track and follow up on leads to ensure consistent sales engagement

Customer Database & Research

Develop and maintain a structured database of existing and potential clients

Conduct market research to identify and qualify new leads and business opportunities

Support the sales and marketing team with insights on industry trends and target markets

Marketing & Administrative Support

Assist in executing marketing campaigns, outreach efforts, and client communications

Generate reports and summaries from CRM data to support decision-making

Support with additional marketing or administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Prior experience with CRM platforms

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Research and data entry experience, with attention to accuracy and detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Marketing, business, or communications background (preferred)
