Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, licensed REALTOR® to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated, client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment and is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors across Stouffville, York Region, and the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations.

Prepare and present market evaluations (CMAs), offers, and contracts with accuracy and professionalism.

Actively prospect for new leads through networking, referrals, community events, and outreach.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide best-in-class service.

Collaborate with in-house staging, marketing, and administration teams to maximize listing exposure.

Leverage advanced marketing platforms, including social media, Adwerx, CP24, and proprietary systems.

Participate in weekly team meetings, mentorship, and professional development sessions.

Uphold company values of integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and community engagement.

Qualifications

Valid Ontario Real Estate License (REALTOR® designation required).

1–2 years of real estate experience preferred (newly licensed REALTORS® considered with strong drive and commitment).

Strong knowledge of the local market (Stouffville, York Region, GTA).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-service skills.

Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems (experience with Follow Up Boss is an asset).

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong time-management skills.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Team-oriented, collaborative work ethic.
