Role Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, driving growth through effective leadership, coaching, and accountability. This individual will mentor agents, set and track sales goals, optimize team performance, and ensure the highest level of service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Recruit, onboard, and mentor REALTORS® to build and maintain a high-performing team.
Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support in sales techniques, client service, and negotiation.
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative, positive, and professional team culture.
Sales Growth & Performance
Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and ensure accountability.
Identify new market opportunities and implement initiatives to expand business.
Oversee lead generation and conversion processes to maximize ROI.
Client & Transaction Oversight
Ensure agents provide top-quality client service throughout the buying and selling process.
Maintain knowledge of local real estate markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Support negotiations and complex transactions when needed.
Operations & Reporting
Work closely with leadership and administrative staff to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Create and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance branding, listings, and promotions.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in real estate sales (management experience preferred).
Valid real estate license in Ontario (or willingness to obtain).
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools.
