Requirements:	Snow-Removal Equipment Operator Job Type: Seasonal/Contract (Winter Season) About the Role: We are looking for experienced Snow-Removal Equipment Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. This is a hands-on role operating a variety of equipment to ensure safe and clear roadways, sidewalks, and properties during snow events. Responsibilities: Operate snow-removal equipment such as salters, sidewalk tractors, tractors, and loaders Safely and efficiently clear snow and ice from designated routes and properties Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on equipment Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members during operations Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience operating snow-removal equipment (salters, sidewalk tractors, tractors, loaders) At least 5–6 years of overall driving experience Valid G driver’s licence with a clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts during snow events Reliable transportation to and from the yard/worksite Why Join Us?
