Shovellers play a key role in keeping walkways, entrances, and other areas safe and accessible during snow events. Responsibilities: Shovel snow from walkways, driveways, entrances, and other designated areas Apply salt or de-icing materials as directed Work as part of a crew under the direction of a Crew Leader Assist with maintaining a safe work environment during snow and ice conditions Qualifications: No driver’s licence required Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds Must arrange reliable transportation to our yard at 4210 Midland Ave., Scarborough From there, you will be driven to work sites by the Crew Leader and returned to the yard after shifts Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts during snow events Reliability and teamwork skills are essential Why Join Us?
