Number: 722 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Stouffville Requirements: Snow Removal - Crew Leader/Crew Member $20–$22 an hour – Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal We are looking for dedicated and self-motivated Crew Leaders and Crew Members to join our Snow and Ice team. This team is responsible for sidewalk snow removal for commercial, industrial, and institutional properties in the London, ON area. We are actively seeking new recruits and encourage all entry-level candidates to apply. With contracts around London, ON, we can ensure that you have a start location close to where you reside. You must seek adventure, prioritize safety, and be comfortable leading team members to success. Job Profile Operate a 4x4 truck with crew (Crew Leader) Must be available any day of the week (as weather events happen at any time) Manual shoveling, ice removal, and salting required Work independently with little to no supervision Maintain clear communication with your supervisor before, during, and after shifts Monitor weather and storm events to prepare for on-call shifts (snow, freezing rain, hail, etc.) Follow all safety requirements, including proper winter attire and personal protective equipment Complete all training requirements provided Mandatory Requirements Strong team player Availability to work on-call shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays) Eager to grow in service and skill expertise Endurance and stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical tasks including shoveling, snow blowing, and applying ice-melting materials Willingness to work long hours during peak days Ideal Candidate Strong work ethic and dependability Willingness to challenge yourself and try new things Problem-solving skills and ability to work well with others Good communication skills Enjoys working outdoors, even in extreme weather conditions (freezing rain, blizzards, etc.) Valid Class G driver’s licence and driver’s abstract required for Crew Leader position Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal Contract length: 5 months Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour Application Questions: Have you previously worked for this company?
