Description:
Job Overview:
As a Front Counter Server & Back Line Helper, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while also supporting kitchen operations. You’ll be responsible for interacting with customers, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in both the front and back of house.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner,
Take and accurately process customer orders at the front counter,
Handle cash and process payments using the POS system,
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly,
Deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner,
Back Line Support:
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients,
Support kitchen staff in assembling and packaging orders,
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and front counter area,
Ensure all utensils, tools, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use,
Monitor inventory and assist with restocking supplies,
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times,
Assist with dishwashing and waste management as needed.
