Overview:

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership to the store in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical, and financial resources to achieve budget goals, customer satisfaction, and strategic objectives. The Store Manager will foster a team-based environment that drives profitability, employee engagement, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and evaluate store employees; oversee hiring, training, and performance management.

Conduct regular performance meetings with department managers and key personnel.

Monitor store financials and manage budgets, capital expenses, and key performance indicators.

Ensure all staff follow standardized processes and operational protocols.

Drive implementation of strategic and marketing plans to achieve business goals.

Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.

Maintain strong relationships with key customers and represent the dealership within the community.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and company policies.

Participate in corporate planning and business development initiatives.

Conduct regular staff and leadership meetings to ensure effective communication across all departments.

Qualifications

5–7 years of leadership experience, preferably managing multiple departments.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial statements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of agricultural, lawn, or construction equipment and related technology is an asset.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and compliance practices.
