The team is seeking a skilled and passionate Prep Cook to support kitchen operations and help bring the restaurant’s culinary vision to life. Key Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients, including pasta dough and other menu components. Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain consistent quality and presentation. Follow all food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of workstations and equipment. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely meal delivery. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs. Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar kitchen environment. Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Food Handler Certification or equivalent preferred. Secondary school education (high school diploma or GED) preferred.
