About the Opportunity
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include:
Selling vehicles to meet or exceed volume and profit targets
Acting as a liaison between customers and the dealership during the purchasing process
Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations
Listening actively to identify customer needs and preferences
Presenting and describing vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
Conducting vehicle test drives with customers
About You
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and customer service, with strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications include:
1–3 years of successful sales experience (automotive or dealership experience preferred)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds) and CRM systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
Valid OMVIC license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and adaptability
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about delivering excellence
