Description:
Job Summary
Responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Duties
1. Receiving & processing orders submitted by email, EDI or other forms of communication.
2. Verifying customer data & ensuring it is accurate & complete
3. Coordinating with other departments (ex: finance team) to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
4. Communicating with customers to provide updated order status
5. Sending out open order reports to customers & internal departments
6. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during order fulfillment process
7. Providing exceptional customer support
8. Any other tasks assigned by management
