Description:
The employer is seeking an energetic Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our expanding team. You will play a key role in guaranteeing that customers enjoy a top-notch experience every time they engage with our organization, whether through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service abilities, a readiness to collaborate with others, and experience in assisting customers with diagnosing and resolving issues.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Front desk and customer service: Greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to inquiries via email or in person.
• Administrative tasks: Coordinate travel and expenses, managing/maintaining public course calendars, organizing and maintaining files, and handling general administrative duties.
• Mail and supplies: Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, general email enquires, and courier deliveries. Order and stock office supplies.
• Office Operations: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and monitoring the waiting area.
• Data Entry Support: Enter training data into company CSM system(s), create and verify certificates
• Printing & Copying: Print, package and ship training manuals
• Support: Assisting other departments or staff with tasks such as preparing documents or helping with events
