Requirements: Kitchen Responsibilities
• Prepare dishes according to menu
• Cut and process meat items
• Check dishes prior to serving to ensure proper presentation and garnishment
• Ensure dishes come out simultaneously in a high quality and timely fashion
• Follow Health & safety and sanitation/hygiene practices to Ontario regulations; at all kitchen and
dining area; comply WSIB standards
• Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and
• kitchen policies and procedures
• Clean kitchenware; dishwashing etc.
• Assist co-workers actively and ensure customer satisfaction
• Cross-train in other positions as necessary
• Other duties as needed
