• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy periods
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is an asset)
• Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide warm, welcoming service
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes and make recommendations
• Take and confirm food & beverage orders accurately
• Deliver dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper table service
• Check on guest satisfaction and handle complaints politely and effectively
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
