We’re currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Stouffville team and ensure every guest enjoys an authentic, high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage costs, control labour, and meet financial targets.
Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Support marketing and promotional initiatives to grow brand awareness.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (fast-casual or quick-service preferred).
Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales or profitability goals.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and operations management.
ServSafe certification or equivalent (preferred).
Passion for Caribbean cuisine and culture is an asset.
