Requirements:
A valid Ontario G2/G driver's license.
Previous experience working in an automotive dealership parts department (preferred).
Familiarity with automotive parts, inventory systems, and order processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining documentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory or dealership management software.
Understanding of vehicle components, parts catalogues, and ordering systems.
Description:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a drive to continually learn and grow within the automotive industry. You’ll play an essential role in supporting both internal and external customers by ensuring the right parts are available, accurately ordered, and efficiently distributed.
