Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our Stouffville location. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, optimize processes, and ensure that customers receive outstanding service while maintaining the authenticity and quality of our Caribbean cuisine. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management. Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage supplier relationships and inventory to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain the restaurant’s commitment to authentic Caribbean flavors and culture. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the food industry. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food preparation, and customer service. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Familiarity with Caribbean cuisine and culture is an asset. Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain one). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
