Requirements: Responsibilities:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
● Prepare financial statements and other required financial reports.
● Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and verify supporting documentation.
● Manage accounting software and ensure accurate journal entries.
● Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
● Monitor cash flow and support monthly and year-end closing processes.
● Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis as needed.
● Communicate regularly with project managers and the finance team.
● Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
● Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or irregularities promptly.

Qualifications:
● 3-5 years of experience in Bookkeeping and managing Financial Statements
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks; experience with other accounting software (e.g., SAP, or similar) is an asset
● Proficiency in performing Journal Entries
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Willingness to learn and take direction
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
● Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal
● A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
● Experience in the construction or ICI sector is a plus
