Requirements: -Experience in customer service (retail experience is an asset)
-Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
-Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual content
-Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic about boutique retail,
-Excellent communication skills—both online and in person,
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment,
-Creative, outgoing, and confident behind the camera,
-Experience with sewing or tailoring is an asset.
Description: As our Customer Service and Social Media Support, you will split your time between supporting customers in-store and managing our online presence. You’ll play a key part in building our brand, engaging shoppers, and helping create a warm, welcoming environment in the boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional in-store customer service, assisting shoppers and ensuring a positive experience,
-Create engaging social media content including photos, videos, product highlights, reels, and stories,
-Manage daily posting, comments, messages, and online community engagement,
-Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store presentation,
-Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and product launches,
-Assist with basic administrative or retail tasks as needed,

Hours per week: Flexible, with weekend shifts 25 - 35 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $17.60 - $19.00
