Requirements: Key Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional in-store customer service, assisting shoppers and ensuring a positive experience

-Create engaging social media content including photos, videos, product highlights, reels, and stories

-Manage daily posting, comments, messages, and online community engagement

-Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store presentation

-Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and product launches

-Assist with basic administrative or retail tasks as needed

Requirements:
-Experience in customer service (retail experience is an asset)

-Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

-Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual content

-Excellent communication skills—both online and in person

-Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment

-Creative, outgoing, and confident behind the camera

-Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic about boutique retail
Description: As our Social Media & Customer Service Associate, you will split your time between supporting customers in-store and managing our online presence. You’ll play a key part in building our brand, engaging shoppers, and helping create a warm, welcoming environment in the boutique.
