Number: 909 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Newmarket Requirements: Key Responsibilities • Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge • Engage with members daily to build relationships and ensure a positive experience • Conduct gym tours and confidently explain memberships, services, and promotions • Actively sell memberships, drop-ins, and personal training packages • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally • Assist members with equipment use and answer general gym related questions • Maintain daily cleanliness of the gym including equipment, restrooms, and common areas • Monitor gym activity and assist with backup supervision when management is not onsite • Sell memberships (including drop-ins)/conduct cold calls to promote gym and services • Process memberships, contracts, and payments accurately • Input and update prospect and member information into the system • Schedule orientations and personal training sessions • File, organize, and maintain office documentation • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally • Report incidents or security concerns as needed Requirements • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be available to work both day and evening shifts (up to 9:00 PM) • Must be available to work Weekends • Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality • Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with customers • Comfortable selling memberships and promoting services • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage the gym when supervisors are not present • Basic computer skills for data entry and membership processing • Strong attention to cleanliness and organization • Punctual, reliable, and professional • Problem solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally • Must work onsite Description: PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING This is a highly customer-facing role. About the Role We are seeking a friendly, confident, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Member Experience & Sales Associate. This role plays a key part in creating a positive gym experience by building relationships with members, confidently promoting our services, and maintaining a clean and professional environment. The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, is comfortable with sales, and can work independently when management is not onsite.
