Requirements: As a Service Support, a typical day might include the following:

Assist technicians and service staff with day-to-day operations
Maintain and organize inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
Support tire storage management and ensure proper organization
Keep the service area clean, safe, and efficient
Step in as a Service Advisor when needed, assisting customers with service appointments, updates, and inquiries
Provide general support to the service team as required by management
This job might be right for you if:

Valid G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
Professional, customer-focused attitude
High energy and motivation to grow into a trained technician or advisor role in the future
