Responsibilities

Welcome and greet clients, couriers, and suppliers upon arrival

Maintain office organization and track inventory

Answer and redirect incoming phone calls in a professional manner

Manage all incoming and outgoing courier shipments

Prepare custom packaged kits for clients as needed

Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, order summaries, and other administrative tasks
Description: The Administrative Support role is a key part of our daily operations. This position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, supporting internal teams, and ensuring office processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and able to multitask in a busy office setting. This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Aurora location.

Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

Benefits: Available after 3-month probation period

Compensation: Based on experience

Location: On-site at our Aurora office
