WHAT YOU BRING:
● 4+ years of hosting experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting
● Outstanding communication skills and a guest-first mindset
● Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
● A poised, confident, and professional demeanor
● Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
● Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
● Physical stamina to stand for long periods (in heels)

The fine dining restaurant located in Downtown Toronto, is looking for warm, polished, and professional HOSTS & HOSTESSES to join our exceptional team. We’re a fine dining destination where elegance meets innovation — and the guest experience starts the moment they walk through our doors. As a HOST/HOSTESS at Convivium, you are the first and last impression for every guest.
Your genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and ability to manage the flow of the dining room help set the stage for unforgettable experiences. If you have a passion for service, an eye for detail, and 4+ years of experience in high-end dining, we’d love to meet you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile
● Manage reservations and walk-in guests with efficiency and grace
● Maintain a smooth and organized seating flow for both lunch and dinner service
● Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams to optimize the guest experience
● Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless service journey
● Maintain a polished and organized reception area
● Uphold all safety, hygiene, and accessibility standards
