Number: 788 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Stouffville Requirements: Job Title: Civil Superintendent Location: Stouffville, ON (must be able to commute to Durham, York, Simcoe, and Peel Regions) Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Overview: We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead field execution on major civil projects. This role will oversee either one large-scale project ($5M+) or a cluster of smaller municipal/civil projects, depending on complexity and workload. Responsibilities: Lead field operations for one major ($5M+) project or multiple smaller projects Supervise Site Supervisors, Foremen, operators, and subcontractors Develop and execute daily/weekly work plans Monitor production, manpower, equipment, and materials Identify risks, delays, and constructability issues Review drawings, specifications, and changes with PMs and Supervisors Maintain strong safety and quality standards Support and mentor Supervisors and Foremen Communicate progress and site issues with Senior PM and General Superintendent Requirements: 6+ years civil construction experience in Canada or the United States (roads, bridges, earthworks, culverts, utilities) 3–5+ years in a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor role Strong knowledge of municipal and MTO standards Proven ability to lead crews and manage multi-phase construction Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid G license Fluent in English (additional languages an asset) Benefits: Casual dress Company car Company events Dental care, extended health care, vision care Disability and life insurance On-site parking Paid time off Work Location: In-person Application Question: Are you able to commute to job sites in Durham, York, Simcoe, and Peel Regions?
