Description: The Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a wide range of breads, pastries, and desserts while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. This role ensures efficient production, adheres to food safety standards, and contributes to a positive kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare doughs, batters, pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and production schedules

Measure, mix, knead, proof, bake, decorate, and finish baked goods

Monitor product quality, freshness, taste, and presentation

Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment safely

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with health regulations

Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies; assist with ordering as needed

Follow portion control and waste reduction practices

Collaborate with kitchen or bakery team to meet production needs and deadlines
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability TBD
