About the Role
The Bar Manager will oversee all bar operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and curate a premium beverage program that complements our culinary vision. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep beverage knowledge, and a polished, guest-forward approach to service.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily bar operations to ensure seamless, high-end service
● Lead, train, and schedule bar staff while fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality
● Maintain exceptional standards for cocktails, wine, spirits, and service presentation
● Develop and manage an upscale beverage program, including seasonal offerings and pairings
● Monitor inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost controls
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
● Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
● Track sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue

Qualifications
● 3–5+ years of bar management experience, preferably in fine dining or upscale hospitality
● Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and current beverage trends
● Proven leadership and team development skills
● Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
● Excellent communication and organizational abilities
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
● Responsible alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain)

Preferred Experience
● Craft cocktail and luxury spirits experience
● Strong guest-facing presence with a refined, professional demeanour
