Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Description: - Answer and direct phone calls
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Organize and schedule & follow up on appointments as required
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes when consulting clients
- Comfortable in communicating in email, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with executive and staff requests and queries from senior managers
- Office is accessible by public transit
- This is not a remote position.
- Candidate need to be flexible with business hours & Saturday is a must
- Other duties as required
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 40
