- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Languages English is required; Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi are considered strong assets
Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Key Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in building and
maintaining strong client relationships.
We are looking for a long term commitment. This is a Full Time position. This is a performance based position. We provide paid
training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Drive mortgage sales and meet monthly targets
- Organize and schedule & follow up on appointments as required
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes when consulting clients
- Comfortable in communicating in email, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Liaise with executive and staff requests and queries from senior managers
- This is not a remote position.
- Candidate need to be flexible with business hours & Saturday is a must
- Other duties as required
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 40
Rate of Pay: $17.20/hr
