Number: 919 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Keswick Requirements: • Fit and install prefabricated parts to form sub- assemblies and/ or finished goods. • Familiar with the sequence of assembly; able to assemble most sub-assemblies without direction or guidance • Attach, fasten assemblies and parts together using bolts, rivets, or other joining techniques. • Works at the required pace of work in assembling the product; able to plan tasks as needed to meet production schedule and tight deadlines. • Is able to repair or fit parts of the product that require grinding or fitting • Inspect finished products for proper function and safety guards • Is responsible for the quality of his/her own work • Knows safety procedures, works safely and wears proper PPE. • Maintain good housekeeping within the work area(s) • Must be mechanically inclined • Able to use hand held or electrical tools to assemble the product • 1-2 years previous experience in similar environment • Must have valid driver’s Licence Description: We are looking for an Entry Level Machine Builder to build light duty agricultural equipment (turf rollers). The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined very well organized and reliable. • Working hours Monday through Thursday 7am-4pm and Fridays 7am-12pm. • Permanent Full time hours (39 hours per week, occasional Saturdays and over time) • Medical, dental & life insurance benefits. • Immediate start date Normal working conditions for a manufacturing environment. Work involves standing, walking, carrying, stooping, crouching, sitting, grasping and reaching, May require lifting, pulling and/or pushing up to 50lbs. Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to, steel toe footwear, eye, ear and hand protection Hours per week: 39/week, occasional Saturdays and over time Rate of Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
