Requirements: ● Post-secondary education in communications, marketing or other relevant combination of skills and experience
● Expertise in digital marketing (specifically Google and Facebook ads), Wordpress and SEO techniques
● Experience and familiarity with social media platforms and strategies/ best practices related to communications on these platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
● Technical skills to manage a website, Google Analytics, and social media accounts.
● Proven experience creating targeted content - Design experience for social media and other graphic formats considered an asset
● Experience drafting and proofreading articles, news-style releases, blogs, etc.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
● Strong knowledge of MS Office, sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
● French/ English bilingual language skills considered an asset
Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to help support our team of marketing professionals by being a major creative generalist. The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience in marketing, is highly creative and technically adept, and has an interest in learning about various types of marketing. Our company is looking for the successful candidate to be a part of an innovative and energetic team by doing a broad range of marketing related activities including:

Responsibilities
● Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry
● Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
● Effectively communicate the value proposition of healthcare services to potential clients
● Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
● Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 20-25 hrs/week
Rate of Pay: $25.00-$38.00/hr
