Number: 921 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Beaverton Requirements: Requirements •College diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. •Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in a related industry like in a field like Robotics, Electronics, Automation, Medical Equipment (CT, MRI... repairs). •Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment. •Ability to follow electrical schematics •Strong computer skills including hard drive imaging, extensive knowledge of Windows and configuring serial communication including networking •Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. •Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. •Willingness to travel as required for on-site service calls. Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing equipment at various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities •Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites in a timely manner. •Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal operation of equipment. •Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment usage and maintenance. •Document service activities accurately in the company database. •Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. •Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. •Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
