Requirements: • Deliver excellent customer service and support clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
• Respond to inquiries and handle client requests
• Support product sales, merchandising, and inventory management
• Complete paperwork and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Monitor inventory levels and place stock orders as needed
• Assist with basic lab production tasks
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly

Experience and Skill Requirements
• High school diploma required (post‑secondary education is an asset)
• 1–2 years of office administration or retail sales experience
• Strong typing skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email)
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are considered assets

About the Patient Care Coordinator role:
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and are the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll make a meaningful impact every day by welcoming patients, managing appointment flow and documentation, and supporting our clinical team as they care for clients.
Hours per week: 35-40
Rate of Pay: 19-20
