Description: The Parts Counter Person plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently assisting customers and internal staff with automotive parts needs. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to supporting daily parts department operations. The successful candidate is customer-focused, organized, and motivated to learn and grow within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist retail and internal customers in identifying and purchasing appropriate automotive parts.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional service to all customers and team members.
Support customers with accessory selection and special-order parts.
Respond to telephone inquiries related to parts availability and pricing.
Process and organize back-ordered and out-of-stock parts.
Prepare parts orders for shipping, delivery, or daily pickup
Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth department operations.
Hours per week: To Be Decided To Be Decided
Rate of Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 (Salary plus Bonuses)
