Qualifications.
3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
Post-secondary degree or certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing outcomes.
Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) software.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements.
Primarily office-based with frequent on-site presence at operational locations.
Combination of sitting, standing, and light physical activity.
Occasional lifting/carrying of light to moderate weight.
Continuous visual and auditory engagement.

Description:
This role serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner supporting multiple operational divisions. Reporting to a senior People & Engagement leader, the HR Divisional Partner acts as the primary HR presence within assigned locations, ensuring people strategies, culture initiatives, compliance, and employee relations practices are effectively implemented at the ground level.
The position balances strategic HR planning with day-to-day operational support and requires regular on-site presence across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. People & Culture
Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and managers across assigned divisions.
Maintain visible, approachable HR presence within operational sites.
Develop a working knowledge of all roles, competencies, and workflows within divisions.
Conduct regular meetings with leadership to align HR strategies, culture initiatives, and staffing needs.
Execute engagement, performance, and culture campaigns, including workback plans and timelines.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, workforce planning, and vacancy management.
Support and manage employee Leaves of Absence (e.g., maternity, parental, short- and long-term disability), including liaison with employees and carriers.
2. Teamwork & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with other HR partners and centralized HR teams.
Participate in regular HR touchpoints to share updates, challenges, and best practices.
Support onboarding and orientation of new hires, including preparing managers and facilitating orientation sessions.
Partner with training specialists to implement development initiatives and engagement surveys.
Lead day-to-day HR operations within divisions, including:
Employee relations support.
Progressive discipline processes.
Workplace investigations.
Performance improvement planning.
Escalate complex employee relations matters appropriately to senior HR leadership.
3. Reporting & Compliance
Track and manage HR data related to onboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee lifecycle milestones.
Ensure compliance with documentation, policies, and HR systems usage.
Prepare HR reports and updates for senior People & Culture leadership.
