Description: An established automotive dealership is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person / Parts Associate to join its Parts Department. This role is essential to daily operations and focuses on providing accurate parts support, exceptional customer service, and efficient inventory handling for both internal technicians and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories

Provide timely, accurate service to internal departments and external customers

Support accessory requests and special-order parts processing

Handle phone and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently

Organize, track, and follow up on out-of-stock and special-order items

Prepare parts for shipping, delivery, or scheduled pickup

Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and accuracy within the parts department

Support inventory control and documentation using inventory management systems
Hours per week: To Be Decided Steady/ Full-Time Hours
Rate of Pay: $19.30
