Description: Property Maintenance Laborer (Seasonal | 25–35 Hours/Week) A property maintenance company is currently hiring a laborer to work 25–35 hours per week. Weekend work is not required unless weather conditions disrupt the schedule during the week. Duties include: Cutting grass Trimming and edging Blowing and raking Bagging and removing debris from client properties Requirements: Reliable transportation to the main office each morning and transportation home at the end of the day Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Compensation & Additional Details: Opportunity for wage review and increase based on performance.
