The primary responsibility of this role is to sell radio advertising packages to local businesses by actively prospecting, cold calling, and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communication, and working with local business owners. Key Responsibilities • Cold call local businesses to promote radio advertising opportunities • Generate new leads and build a database of prospective clients • Present radio advertising packages clearly and confidently • Book and close radio ad campaigns for clients • Follow up with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities • Coordinate with the programming and production team for ad scheduling • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 20 hrs/week Rate of Pay: $17.60/hr
