Role Summary:
The Project Coordinator & Analyst is a critical operational role supporting multiple departments. This position exists to control information, coordinate execution, analyze data, and support decision-making across multiple active projects. Success depends on analytical thinking, disciplined process management, and effective use of technology to drive efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

This is not a passive administrative role. While it includes completing routine administrative tasks when required, the primary focus is on coordination, analysis, and execution that directly impact project outcomes, margins, and customer experience.

Identify and correct incomplete or inaccurate project data

Support forecasting, reporting, and system validation

Technology & Systems Experience:

ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)

CRM platforms (SAS CRM or similar)

Project management systems (e.g., Buildertrend)

Experience with AI modules

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications:

3–5 years in project coordination or construction administration

Construction or renovation industry experience preferred

Strong analytical and organizational capability

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience in the Pool Industry is an asset

Experience or exposure to AI tools and technology is an asset
